$100.00 donation is suggested for all applications. $200 donation is suggested for annual renewal. Suggested donation for application and annual renewals may be submitted online or mailed to the credentialing office. All donations received will be used to help offset the administration costs of Iris Global Churches and fund member care programs. All donations are tax deductible.
